Find Support

We are in this together, never lose sight of that.

Need Support?

If you or someone you know is currently going through a difficult time and don't entirely understand where to turn for help, please take advantage of our resources below. Even though we are not a hotline, we would be more than happy to get you plugged into our community of fighters and overcomers through our offered programs. Sometimes just knowing that we are part of something can give us the hope we need to keep pushing onward with the story we are living.  If you are in desperate need of help, please take advantage of one of the three resources below to get connected to a trained counselor. If this is an emergency, or if you or someone you love is in danger, please stop what you are doing and call 911 immediately.

Disclaimer: We are not a hot-line and not trained mental health professionals

How You Can Take Action

If you are in school and a student seems to be showing warning signs of suicidal tendencies, IMMEDIATELY notify a school administrator, counselor, or school psychologist. If you are outside of school and your friend is showing these warning signs, IMMEDIATELY notify the individual's parents or guardians if able. If you are not able to notify the individual's parents/guardians, call local authorities or encourage the individual to take advantage of either a hotline or text-line which can be found above. You may also call your town's non-emergency phone number and ask them to do a "self-being" check on the individual. Again, if there is an emergency, call 911 immediately.
